STOKED! Goal accomplished. I was planning on going to have a drink at Barrel House as my new thing for today (20 second handstand no wall) was last attempted with miserable fail on Day 8. Hence the homemade body scrub. Attempt #2 today – 37.1 seconds!! PR and then some, woohoo!
1. Keep arms straight and strong, but relax a tiny bit into lats.
2. SQUEEZE the bum A LOT and legs super engaged too.
3. Steady gaze softly between and a bit forward of thumbs
4. take the mind on a ride somewhere fun and OUT of the present moment! rarely do I give that advice, but worked.
