PERSONAL TRAINING

I believe that Movement is Medicine and that a body and mind in motion will stay in motion.    My passion is to promote Functional Movement –  so you can partake in the activities you love for the rest of your life, pain free! My approach to fitness is an integrated one with an emphasis on Mobility, Stability and Strength. Combining resistance training with dynamic flexibility will keep your bones, joints and connective tissue in ideal shape.  Lastly, I know that variety is the slice of life and my programs are diverse.  This not only prevents boredom, but aims to avoid reaching a plateau.  I look forward to working with you!
