Kate believes the key to health is movement and that a body in motion will stay in motion.  She feels that time spent in a gym should focus on Functional Movement – ensuring a healthy range of motion so you can partake in the activities you love for the rest of your life.  Her approach to fitness is an integrated one with an emphasis on Mobility, Stability and Strength.
