THAI YOGA MASSAGE
Thai Yoga Massage is an elegant and interactive form of meditative bodywork that combines assisted yoga stretching, acupressure, gentle rocking, and rhythmic compression along energy lines. During a session, practitioners effectively use their hands, forearms, elbows, and feet to gently release blockages that inhibit the flow of energy. Essential elements of Thai Massage and fundamental techniques are applied in the supine, prone, side-lying, and seated positions. The massage is given on a padded mat on the ground and receivers are fully clothed.
