Kate grew up just north of New York City and graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2003. While working as a Naval Officer, Kate was assigned the duty of Command Fitness Leader at the Pentagon. This is where she quickly discovered her passion for health and wellness. After fulfilling her commitment to the military, she moved to Hawaii to study alternative medicine alongside a Naturopathic Doctor.
While working in the health field for the past 15 years, Kate has obtained numerous skills and certifications to better serve her clients. She is a licensed health coach, personal trainer, yoga instructor, massage therapist and sports nutritionist.
Kate draws from her extensive experience and education to create a holistic path to wellness. Sessions are conducted both in person and online.
Kate currently resides in Santa Cruz, CA, grateful for the redwoods and the waves.
